Biography
Tina is the Group HR Director at EG A/S, which builds market leading vertical software to a big variety of private and public consumers. With more than 15 acquisitions in 18 months and implementation of a new corporate operational model to support scalability and growth, Tina has been at the core of a large organizational transformation. Strategic HR is an integral part of EG and the right strategic HR initiatives is crucial for enabling high performance and growth. Tina has more than 20 years of experience in HR and tech – and she is looking forward to sharing her insights with you!
