Biography

Thomas Moeller Lybeak is the HR Process Innovation Director at Lego whilst also being a partner at Transformation Advisor. Thomas has more than 15 years of experience in the field of project- and change management and has worked at highly recognized organizations such as: Vestas Wind Systems, Valtech, Grundfos, LEGO Group, Kunde & Co and IBM.

Through his work and years of experience he has developed a huge knowledge and expertise within Human Resources. As HR Process Innovation Director he is responsible for LEGO’s HR strategy and taking part in how the role of HR is evolving within the organization.

Thomas Moeller Lybeak will be speaking at the panel debate “How to Manage the Changing Nature of Work”.
