Biography
Nigel Dias has been working with People Analytics for many years and in 2012 he founded 3n Strategy to help businesses use HR analytics.
During the past 10 years Nigel has completed over 50 projects within change management, HR analytics and strategic workforce planning.
Nigel will be a part of the panel “How people analytics will shape HR in 2023” where he will share his knowledge on analytics.
