Lise Andersen Linnebjerg is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Vestas.
To the panel she will bring experiences from her time in Danfoss, but mainly discuss the development of KPI’s in Vestas, and how these KPIs are used to drive and develop the talent acquisition field. Lise has experience in setting the strategic direction for Talent Attraction in Danfoss across the globe and being the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Vestas one of Denmark’s biggest companies operating around the globe.
