Biography
Leo is an expert within the field of talent acquisition. Previously he has worked for 10 years in China and Myanmar and after returning to Europe he has gathered experience from companies such as Huawei Technologies, Liberty Global, Virgin Media and now Pandora. His past experience shapes his interesting take on Human Resource which must be described as modern, digital and global.
Today Leo Hawkins works as Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Pandora. Previously Pandora has had some internal issues, which resulted in a period with negative growth. This has lately been turned around and Leo has had a vital role in developing Pandora’s new talent acquisition program, as he has been directly involved in the structural changes of recruitment and talent acquisition. We at HRtechX believe that Leo Hawkins has unique knowledge on the changes in talent acquisition which he will share with our audience on the 4th of November.
