Lene has 20+ years of experience as a HR professional, hereof 10 years in executive roles. Combined with experience from commercial and operational roles and variety of business cycles, industries, geographies and functional HR disciplines Lene is a versatile HR executive.
Lene is passionate about creating HR with impact, HR which add value for the leaders and employees of Tryg and enables Tryg to be an organization fit for purpose and where the very best employees would like to invest their work life.
