Biography
Lars is currently CHRO at Omegapoint in Sweden, which is an organization that works with cyber secure digitalization in Europe. Until recently, Lars has worked for more than 12 years as CHRO in the IT company Netcompany, where he helped develop the company from a Danish national company to an international company with approx. 8000 employees. Lars is inspired by the University of Michigan’s approach to HR.
