Biography
Jonas has more than 10 years experience in the design and delivery of individual and group-based assessments, mostly at managerial level and upwards.
Prior to joining Aon, Jonas worked at Cubiks as a managing consultant and specialist in assessment and technology. There he managed a team of assessment specialists promoting and sharing best practice in assessment in Cubiks as well as designing and implementing custom assessment solutions for significant clients. At AON Assessment Denmark Jonas has designed and/or delivered assessments for organisations including Maersk, Danske Bank, Telenor and Pandora.
