Biography

Elise is the Executive Vice President, People & Communication at Lundbeck and brings close to 20 years of global and strategic people development across a broad spectrum of companies and industries. She joins Lundbeck from SimCorp, a financial technology company, as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2014. Elise started her career working with insurance and pension in the financial industry at Nordea and moved to Microsoft, where she lived in Seattle for a period of time. Before SimCorp Elise held senior HR positions in Nycomed, Switzerland, and was part of the Takeda acquisition and integration.

Elise holds a Masters in Law from the University of Copenhagen and serves on the Board of Directors of CBS Executive Fonden.
