Ditte is 36 years old, married and is the proud mother of 2 girls. She works and lives in Denmark and has been working in Lundbeck for the past 3 years, before that coming from a similar role in DSB, and before that from Demant. She has been working with HR tech / Digital solutions for the past 8+ years, and has a great passion for utilizing digital solutions as a smart way of working while improving the employee experience.
