Biography
Cornelia is an extraordinary HR leader with comprehensive experience enhancing the delivery of global HR services and leading business transformation while supporting digitalisation. After an international career as an HR executive at IKEA, she joined the Executive Board of the Bahlsen Group in Germany at the beginning of 2022. In the newly created role of the Chief Culture Officer, Cornelia leads the transformation of the company culture and its capabilities.
