Biography
Christina’s career has provided her with more than 15 years of experience being advisor, coach and sparring partner to Top Leadership Teams in multinational companies as Danfoss & Arla as well as several years in the public sector. Her mantra is; “you (only) get what you measure” and she is a strong believer in self-leadership. You cannot lead others, if you do not know how to lead yourself. As the new trend is making organisations more “Human” (Inclusive), she truly believes we need to empower leaders to lead from their heart and be their authentic self.
