His noteworthy footprint achievements are: Grundfos – where he drove European regional organizational restructuring, which helped grow the region by 2.7% in 2018, contributing 55% of the company’s global sales; Ageras – where he delivered the company’s transformation and commercial turn-around, resulting in the company securing >2b DKK in investment funding 2 years later; Visma Software – where he drove the merger between “Visma Software” and “e-conomic”, resulting in Vismas most successful acquisition to date; and Trustpilot – where he founded its HR Department, resulting in the company becoming the 4th only IT unicorn in Danish history.
